When specialist catering and food service company Airport Retail Enterprises (ARE) bought the old Sam’s On Suttons site early in 2007, it had a plan to create a truly unique and special dining and function experience for Redcliffe locals and Brisbane visitors. With the help of designers, architects, builders and the Redcliffe City Council, Sails will realise this vision.

With Sails’ combination of parkland surrounds, ocean views, modern art deco design and highly experienced, passionate staff, it’s a truly unique, relaxing and occasional venue experience.

Our Staff

The Team at Sails come from a wide variety of backgrounds within the Hospitality Industry.  Our Management Team boasts over 30 years of experience combined and is always looking at ways to create unique experiences in all aspects of the venue.
