Come and experience our Wine Appreciation Menu on Thursday nights!

As the hot days and warm nights of summer start fading, Sails Culinary Team has adjusted the Restaurant menus to suit the season. The new menu still has old favourites like the mezze platter and Pan Fried Australian Barramundi with sweet corn and roasted kumera, but added some new fare, including Pan Fried Garlic Prawns with a creamy garlic sauce, sugar snaps and steamed rice. As the weather cools, you can relax with a hot chocloate in the warmth of our temperature controlled inside dining area or still enjoy our outside 'al fresco' style seating with extraordinary ocean views and relaxed vibe.
