A truly local feast at SailsĀ 

Sails' new Spring menu is an exciting partnership of Redcliffe's high quality local produce and Sails' culinary skills.

The dinner menu is a work of great art and a credit to Sails' Executive Chef, Toddi Bragason, and local suppliers including Clontarf's Pasta Riviera, Kippa Ring's Kilcoy Prime Meats and Redcliffe City Markets on Sutton Street. All suppliers feature in the spring menu, and are proud to have the opportunity to showcase the quality and freshness of their food.

Featuring hormone-free meat from Kilcoy Prime Meats, pasta truly made with love from local business success story Pasta Riviera adn the freshest hand picked fruit and veg from well-know Redcliffe icon Tony Akkurt from Redcliffe City Markets, all meals showcase Redcliffe's local produce.

Sails' Food & Beverage Manager, Ben Moore, is delighted with the menu. "We are thrilled to be able to showcase not only Sails' talents, but to also highlight the high quality of produce from local Redcliffe suppliers.

"We want people who visit Sails to enjoy a true Redcliffe dining experience - enjoying Redcliffe's own produce and culinary talents by the seaside to complement the magnificent outlook over Moreton Bay. We are very excited by our new menu and particularly look forward to sharing it with the locals", said Ben.

The new dinner menu was launched on September 3, with special guest Rupert McCall and Toddi Bragason meeting with Sails locals at the launch.
